Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 35bd0 or by accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 35bd0 platform at https://35bd0.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 35bd0.

These Terms apply to all users of 35bd0, including players, registered account holders, and visitors. 35bd0 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 35bd0, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 35bd0 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, associations, and organisations may not register accounts as players.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
• You may hold only one 35bd0 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or account suspension that is currently active on your 35bd0 account.

35bd0 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. Eligibility decisions made by 35bd0 are final.

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full features of 35bd0, including placing bets and processing withdrawals, you must register a player account and complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Registration requires a valid mobile number, date of birth, and a password chosen by you. 35bd0 uses your mobile number as your primary account identifier.

KYC verification requires submission of a government-issued identity document such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with a selfie for facial matching. You may also be asked to provide proof of address and proof of your payment method. The following account responsibilities apply at all times:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 35bd0 will never ask for your password by email, phone, or SMS.

• All transactions and bets placed through your account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were authorised by you.

Deposits and Withdrawals

35bd0 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are set out in the cashier section of your account.

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name. 35bd0 does not accept third-party payments. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on 35bd0:

• Deposits are processed instantly. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 12 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• 35bd0 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, including requesting source-of-funds documentation.
• 35bd0 will not process withdrawals to any payment method not previously used for a deposit, unless the original deposit method is no longer available.

35bd0 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or mobile money network disruptions. All currency conversion costs, where applicable, are borne by the account holder.

Bonuses and Promotions

35bd0 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside individual promotions:

• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 35bd0 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account will remain subject to the terms in place at the time of crediting.
• Free spins and cashback bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. Free spin winnings may have a maximum conversion cap.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh are time-limited and subject to their own individual terms. These promotions are communicated via the 35bd0 platform and are available to eligible registered players only.

35bd0 does not guarantee the availability of any bonus or promotion at any specific time. Promotional offers are subject to change without notice.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed through 35bd0, including sports betting, live betting, and casino game play. 35bd0 uses certified random number generator (RNG) software for all casino games and crash games.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 35bd0 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances where a market is voided or an event is cancelled. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account.
• 35bd0 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of betting, or bets placed in circumstances that constitute match-fixing or fraud.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated on the basis of the applicable odds at the time the bet was accepted. For live in-play betting, odds may fluctuate until the bet is confirmed. The confirmed odds shown at the time of acceptance are final.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the 35bd0 betting interface and may vary by sport, market type, and account history.

Responsible Gaming

• Money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime using the 35bd0 platform. 35bd0 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to place bets, claim bonuses, or otherwise interact with the 35bd0 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of cheating that distorts the natural outcome of a game or sporting event.

The 35bd0 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks or service marks of 35bd0. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any 35bd0 trademark without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 35bd0 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 35bd0 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 35bd0 platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services. 35bd0's total liability in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your 35bd0 account at the time the claim arose.

35bd0 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 35bd0 makes no representations about the suitability of the content on the platform for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Privacy and Data Protection

35bd0 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of 35bd0 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using 35bd0 and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
